Deaths in Hospital

In most circumstances the hospital will require the production of the green certificate issued by the registrar before we are able to collect your loved one.

If you wish your loved one to be cremated, it is possible that we may have to wait until further documentation is completed before we can move them.

Regardless of the circumstances, we will liaise with the bereavement office in the hospital on your behalf to ensure they are in our care as soon as possible. See also information about Death in Hospital
